Robert Kaplan, M.D.

Doctor Robert Kaplan has been with America’s Disabled Physician Home Visits since 1991. He received his Medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in 1979 and completed his residencies at the University of Illinois Medical Center and the Veterans Administration Hospital. Additionally, he has extensive research experience as both a Principle-Investigator and Sub-Investigator in various medical research studies.

Kristen Hasbargen, PA-C

Kristen is a physician assistant who completed her medical training at Western Michigan University and her undergraduate degree from North Dakota State University.

Robert Walsh, PA-C

Robert Walsh is a physician assistant trained at Cook County Hospital. He graduated in 2001 and then worked at the Ambulatory Clinic of Cook County in Family Practice for 13 years. He is experienced in treating all ages of patients. Robert Walsh worked with the geriatric population part time for 13 years and now works full time with Home Visits for American Disabled.

Marie Fuanya, NP

Marie is a family nurse practitioner who has spent several years in healthcare providing compassionate care to patients in a variety of settings. As an advanced ractice nurse she has strived to meet the needs of the underserved, high risk, and multi-cultural population.

April Ledell-Hughes, DPM

April Leddell-Hughes is married with 2 kids.  She was born and raised in Chicago and graduated college from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign in 1999. She went on to graduated from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 2003 and has been practicing podiatric medicine ever since. Throughout the past 13 years she has practiced in different settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, offices, and home care visits.

Annell Tucker, DPM

Annell Tucker is a Podiatrist and has been providing podiatric home care for over 3 years. She completed her undergraduate at Oakwood University in Huntsville, AL. She is a graduate of Scholl College of Podiatry and completed her residency training at Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System.
