Robert Kaplan, M.D.

Doctor Robert Kaplan has been with America’s Disabled Physician Home Visits since 1991.  He received is Medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in 1979 and completed his residencies at the University of Illinois Medical Center and the Veterans Administration Hospital.  Additionally, he has extensive research experience as both a Principle-Investigator and Sub-Investigator in various medical research studies.

 

George Dietz, M.D.

Doctor George Dietz received his medical degree from Stritch Medical School in 1956 and has extensive experience practicing medicine.  He has worked as a physician for numerous area hospitals and has held a number of teaching assignments during his career. He is a Charter Diplomat of the American Board of Family Practice and was a Charter Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He joined our staff in 2007.

 

Richard Ansfield, President.

Richard is the founder of America’s Disabled Physician Home Visits and has an extensive background in the healthcare industry.  He has been involved in the day-to-day operations of the organization since its inception and continues to work to grow the organization.  Richard has also been involved in ancillary healthcare businesses for over twenty years.

 

Additional Staff

Grace Kornacki.

Grace, an associate of Jefferson Park Medical Clinic, assists America’s Disabled Physician Home Visits in scheduling visits for our patients.  Grace also coordinates the schedules and the routes of the medical staff for these visits.

 

Gosia Kocol.

Gosia, an associate of Total Healthcare and Clear Image Diagnostics, assists America’s Disabled Physician Home Visits in organizing referrals for our patients for any ancillary treatment that the doctor recommends after their home visit.
